We are dedicated to delivering exceptional services and personalized care to our patients.
We offer chiropractic care, spinal decompression, red light therapy, and neuropathy treatment and are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our healthcare team.
As we grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our chiropractic practice who ensures the smooth reception and check-out process for our patients.
*Responsibilities:* * Warmly greet and welcome patients, creating a positive and professional first impression * Maintain a clean and organized reception area * Manage incoming calls and inquiries with a high level of courtesy and efficiency, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or individual * Schedule appointments and confirm patient appointments * Register and check-in patients, providing necessary information and assistance * Collect and file insurance verification, help maintain patient records * Process patient payments and assist with billing inquiries * Answer inquiries about chiropractic services, scheduling, and payment process; stay informed about chiropractic care services and promotions to provide accurate information to patients * Assist in new client acquisition by making follow-up calls and reminder calls * Assist in setting up patients on some in-office patient treatments * Maintain weekly stats * Handle administrative tasks and support clinic operations as needed * Uphold the clinic's values of professionalism, efficiency, and confidentiality in all patient interactions *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role, preferably in a chiropractic or healthcare setting * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including strong phone etiquette * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Proficient in using office equipment, including phones, computer skills including Google Workspace, and scheduling systems * Positive and approachable attitude with a commitment to patient satisfaction; ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment * Detail-oriented and able to maintain a neat and organized workspace * Knowledge of chiropractic care and wellness principles is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
