This is a part-time position with regular business hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere
Build trust and rapport with each new patient through effective communication, active listening, and empathy
Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and forms
Coordinate patient appointments with precision, managing scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups (via in-person, email, phone)
Regulate patient flow across three adjusting rooms
Maintain patient files, physical and electronic records
Handle billing and insurance claims with accuracy and timely submission, provide detailed explanation of benefits to patients (training provided)
Manage inventory of supplies, ensuring availability for patient care
Manage office opening and closing duties, which include but are not limited to cleaning and tidying the space, keeping our plants alive, preparing the office for the next day, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of customer-facing experience (e.
g.
retail, sales, or a customer-service role)
Previous experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting is a plus but not required
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for educating others
A strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Efficient and reliable time management abilities
Genuine empathy and a natural ability to connect with others
Ability to work in a relatively fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
High energy and ability to maintain focus while transitioning between appointments
Enthusiasm for engaging in frequent interactions with people
Previous experience or strong interest in health, wellness, and holistic approach
Proficiency in computer systems is necessary, experience with billing and electronic health records software is a plus!
Social media/marketing experience is a plus!
HOURS & PAY
Expected Hours: 27- 30 hours per week
Compensation: compensation varies based on experience

Tuesday - CLOSED
Wednesday - 8:30am - 12:30pm, 2:30pm - 5:30pm
Thursday - 9:30am - 12:30pm, 2:30pm - 5:30pm
Friday - 8:30am - 12:30pm
Saturday - 8:30am - 11:30am
Sunday - CLOSED
