POSITION TITLE: Breakfast Room Attendant (can be either part time or full time)
SUMMARY: Responsible for all phases of preparation, serving, clean-up and sanitation in the breakfast room.
Must be clean and professional in appearance and possess strong multi-tasking abilities.
Possess the ability to work well in a busy food service environment, and be comfortable talking and interacting with guests while maintaining a fast paced environment of restocking breakfast items, cooking, cleaning, and food preparation.
WEEKEND AVAILABILITY is a must.
Will receive an extra $1 an hour if you show up to your shift on time, don't leave early, and do not call in.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for stocking and preparing food and clearing tables during the complimentary breakfast service.
These tasks must be handled in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in a high level of guest satisfaction.
Prepping and cleaning for next day service is also required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to understand, operate, clean kitchen equipment as trained
Knowledge or ability to be trained of food sanitation guidelines
Ability to operate kitchen equipment as needed
Ability to serve and prepare food and beverage in a dining room/buffet style setting
Ability to function in hectic/busy environments
TASKS AND COMPETENCIES:
* Coordinates food preparation baking and cooking.
* Sets up and maintains the buffet line and ensures high quality appearance and presentation of all menu items.
* Provides outstanding customer service: Observe guests to ensure that they are satisfied with the food and service and responds to any additional request.
Assist with any hospitality needs.
IE: additional towels, driving directions, what to do in Missoula and surrounding area.
* Ensures that the breakfast room, kitchen and storage facilities and other work areas are kept clean and conform to sanitary regulations.
* Tears down and cleans buffet line.
Stores food according to safety and sanitary regulations.
* Check banquet function sheets and service meeting as necessary.
* Work in a safe manner at all times
* Complete additional duties as requested.
PREREQUISITES:
Education: Ability to read, speak, write and understand the primary language in the workplace.
Must be able to work early mornings and be highly reliable, weekends and holidays.
Experiences: Previous experience with food preparation, service and sanitation is helpful but not required.
Physical: Requires lifting up to 40 pounds on a regular and continuous basis manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, climbing, walking, repetitive motions, listening ability, visual acuity and good speaking skills.
