I'm looking for someone to take over my lease.
It's $700/month, beginning March 1, 2024.
This includes all utilities.
You would only be responsible to pay for internet.
500 sq-ft space, includes small waiting room and separate private office.
There is a restroom that is shared with the next door suite.
The office isn't furnished, what you see is my furniture/items which will be cleared out in towards the end of February.
