Our busy auto body repair shop is looking to bring on board a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
The CSR will work closely with our Estimators, customers and insurance companies.
Great communication and organizational skills are a must! Previous customer service experience is required.
* Contact insurance companies for claim information, repair approval, supplemental request and approval and any other information that needs to be relayed to the insurance companies or obtained from them.
* Keep customers updated on vehicle repair status, claim status and assist them through the repair process, as needed.
* Update customer files with all documentation and notes.
* Interact with all necessary staff throughout the course of repairs.
* Bill and close all repair files and follow up on Accounts Receivable.
* Review estimate and repairs with customer upon delivery of vehicle.
* Assist Receptionist with answering incoming phone calls on 6 inbound lines, direct calls to appropriate individuals and take and forward messages, as necessary.
* Assist with walk in traffic, checking in/out vehicle for customers and accepting towed-in vehicles.
* Perform any other duties as assigned by the Office Manager and Production Manager.

* Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm
