Restaurant General Manager Summary/Objective
Responsible for staffing and leading a diverse staff, providing an environment that promotes quality guest service, cultivating human capital and incorporating succession planning in a high-volume fast food restaurant.
Duties of the Restaurant General Manager are not limited to leading a team but includes managing, training and executing policy and procedures.
Required:
1+ year of leadership experience in a large volume fast food establishment preferred.
Demonstrates ability to lead, and manage fast-paced and changing environment.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
Open/Flexible in availability.
Preferred :
Strong PC skills are preferred.
Essential Functions:

Able to perform product and supply inventory counting and recording in the timeframes required.
Able to schedule work shifts for team members to include coverage due to shortages.
Able to travel to other restaurants, Area Office, bank, etc.
as needed.
Work Environment:
This job’s duties are performed in a high volume, fast-paced environment while performing for or working directly with the public.
This role routinely uses standard restaurant equipment that include, but is not limited to, point of sale registers, headsets, beverage equipment, coolers, deep-fat fryers, and hot holding units.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
This position is very active and requires the use of hands to grasp, touch, and move objects.
This position also requires standing, walking, bending, reaching above the shoulders with arms, kneeling, stooping, crouching and climbing all day.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours:
This position often requires long hours on your feet, as well as nights, weekends and holidays.
