Days and hours of work are: 3 to 4 Weekday nights from 2:00 pm-10:00 pm, as well as Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 am-6:00 pm.

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
* Foster a positive and collaborative environment for club members and employees.
* Displaying a consistently positive attitude towards members, staff, job tasks, and mission statement.
* Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Recruit, train, and supervise a team of customer service representatives.
* Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance the team's performance.
* Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep members.
informed of club activities, promotions, and updates.
* Regularly evaluate customer service processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Keep the team informed about new club offerings, policies, and procedures.
* Ensure that the club adheres to all relevant regulations and guidelines related to customer service and health and safety.
* Assisting team with checking in guests and members, operating cash register, using computers, and answering phones.
* Assisting management team with scheduling and payroll as needed.
* Maintaining current knowledge of club programs and services.
* Attending monthly manager meetings.
*REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES*
* Customer service management experience, preferably in a fitness or health club setting.
* Observant and detail-orientated while staying attentive to current surroundings
* Self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision
* Possessing strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
* Current certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid are required within 30 days of hire.
* Prior Management experience preferred

* Continual standing and walking during the shift
* Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
* Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift
* Must be able to occasionally lift over 30 pounds
* Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals
