The on-site manager assists the corporate office with various aspects of property management.
They are called upon to function in the following areas: 1) Establishing and promoting a community environment 2) Being available to residents and assisting with their needs 3) Acting as a liaison for the corporate office 4) Assisting with administrative responsibilities 5) Promoting a positive atmosphere throughout the community and 6) Interpreting and enforcing the lease agreement and policies.
7) Other duties assigned 8) Will include maintenance Notes: 1) 34-unit tax credit property in Corvallis, MT 2) The position may include a unit 3) Up to 29 hours per week
