Missoula PaddleHeads – Clubhouse Manager
The 2024 Missoula PaddleHeads are looking for a Clubhouse Manager for the upcoming season.
We are committed to putting together a collaborative front office team that includes team members who share our passion for doing right, engaging meaningfully and expecting success.
As the Clubhouse Manager, you will create a unique and professional clubhouse experience for our players, coaches, umpires, and visiting teams.
With a clear vision toward a bright future, we will work together to maximize the fan experience,
create a deeper sense of community value and stand as the centerpiece for everything
baseball for our good neighbors in Missoula.
We are looking for a seasonal team member
with a hunger to be in professional sports who wants to grow both personally and
professionally while helping to provide a best-in-class experience for everyone they interact with.
This is a full-time seasonal position + player dues.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
Honor our working values and participate as part of the team
Must have pride in and take ownership of the stadium and the player experience
· Must be self-motivated and able to manage time well
· A passion to work hard and embrace success
Develop strong relationships with players, coaches, trainers, etc.
to ensure needs are being met and collect live and honest feedback
Act as a liaison between the players/coaches/team and the front office to ensure open and active communication
Assist in coordination of any and all aspects of team travel
Responsible for cleaning of clubhouse – locker room area, shower area, coach/manager’s offices, training area, etc.
Prepare pre-game spread & post-game meals for players, coaches, umpires
Responsible for some shopping of certain amenities
Issue necessary equipment to players and oversee any uniform repairs
Arrive at clubhouse prior to players & coaches on game days
Ensure pass lists are provided to box office on game days in a timely manner
Handle all laundry needs
Maintain umpire clubhouse and attend to umpire needs on game days
Handle mail requests & mail distribution for players & coaches
Coordinate batting practice equipment with coaches
Any other duties assigned
Manager/Supervisor Responsibilities:
Track and maintain inventory of supplies & equipment
Manage scheduling of and assign responsibilities to bat boys
Supervise loaning of equipment & uniforms, tracking who has what and ensuring it is all returned at the end of the season
