*About the Position - *Our practice treats patients of all ages experiencing a variety of neurocognitive symptoms, including: ADHD, Autism, learning disorders, emotional dysregulation, and executive function deficits.
In addition, we treat individuals who have experienced concussions, have headaches/migraines, have sleep disorders, and individuals experiencing long-haul COVID symptoms (along with other disorders).
Our Neurofeedback staff work directly with patients utilizing a non-invasive but highly effective, technology-based intervention that has decades of research supporting its utilization.
Applicants do not have to be experienced with Neurofeedback because we provide initial and ongoing training and support from the providers.

*Key Responsibilities –*
1.
Patient Care:
* Develop rapport with patients with a variety of clinical presentations
* Provide treatment to selected patients under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and Senior Neuropsychologist
* Communicate effectively with patient and family members regarding treatment progress
* Provide updates to Clinical Coordinator and/or Senior Neuropsychologist regarding patient treatment and implement treatment directives

Clinical Documentation, Coordination and Reporting:
* Document all sessions within standards of the clinic
* Report all patient concerns to the Clinical Coordinator and/or Senior Neuropsychologist to maintain high level of patient care
* Coordinate between Clinical Coordinator/Senior Neuropsychologist and patient/family

Professional Duties:
* Maintain a professional relationship with patients/families to assure maximal outcomes
* Meet standards of clinical care as outlined within the practice
* Work collaboratively with the rest of the team
*Qualifications -*
* Bachelor’s degree in human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, etc.
)
* 1-2 years, minimally, experience working with children or adults
* Excellent communication (verbal and written), time management, and organizational skills; detail oriented; a team player; and desire to learn and grow
* Ability to work evenings (until 7:15 PM) Monday through Thursday
