With a staff complement of 200 strong, we serve a radius of 100 miles around Missoula with a broad array of professional healthcare including nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, social work, and bereavement support.
Our programs encompass Home Health, Hospice (the largest Hospice in the community), Home Infusion, Home Medical Equipment (including home modifications for those who want to age-in-place), and HCBS (the Medicaid “waiver” program that supports those who wish to live with independence).

What you will do.

The CNA works under a client’s plan of care.
You will travel to patients’ residences in your personal vehicle for scheduled visits to visit with patients and, possibly, assist with household chores.
CNAs provide support based on individual needs as outlined in the plan of care.
You will also record patient information and care provision in the patient's chart.
Your communication with the RN Case Manager and your CNA Team members of changes or irregularities in the patient's condition or environment is essential to a patient's well-being.

We seek a CNA who either is currently licensed or could challenge the CNA test and get licensed quickly.
Once you have passed the test and are licensed, you will work with our professional CNA team to perform personal care tasks for patients.
This could include grooming, ambulation, bathing, etc.
Your Qualifications.

As a CNA, you have your high school diploma, a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance.
You have familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and confident computer skills.
Already Certified? We want to talk to you! You have a Certified Nursing Assistant license, high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, appropriate auto insurance and reliable transpiration.
