Hospice RN

Duties: - Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in hospice settings - Conduct physical examinations and assessments to determine patient needs and develop appropriate care plans - Administer medications, including inhalation therapy, and provide catheterization as needed - Assist with the coordination of durable medical equipment (DME) and ensure proper usage - Document patient care activities accurately and timely using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner - Provide specialized care for patients with dementia and other cognitive impairments - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for patients - Monitor patient progress, manage symptoms, and provide acute pain management as necessary Job Type: Contract Pay: $65.
