0 Status), Day shift Engineer III Repair Tech position in the Plant Ops department.
Performs skilled maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other physical structures.
Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies.
Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools.
Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required.
Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to improve facility efficiency and workflow.
Oversee and review the work of lower-level technicians.
Attends meetings as required.
Minimum Required: Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
5-9 years of related work experience.
Completion of at least 2 approved trade related training courses.
Must obtain 3rd Class Boilers License, HazMat Certification, and Ice Machine Repair Certification within 6 months by incumbent employees.
On Call / Weekend Requirements: Call and possible weekends.
