This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position on our Administrative Support Team.
The starting wage range for this non-exempt, fully benefited position is $22.
00 to $24.
00 per hour, depending upon experience and qualifications.
*Enjoy having your nights and weekends available to do what you like!* The Administrative Support Team hours are Monday through Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM.
Occasional use of a personal vehicle and travel within the Missoula community and surrounding area is required.
You must maintain a valid MT driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required by MT state law.

* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior-Level Administrative Support Professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Agency by providing comprehensive high level administrative support to clients, programs, and staff.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in office management tasks and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Additionally, candidates shall: 1) Provide a welcoming environment as first point of contact for all walk-in clients, visitors, vendors, and guests.
2) Provide high-level administrative support functions for the Agency, Leadership Team, and staff where appropriate.
May support the Governing Board as needed.
3) Provides comprehensive meeting support, including coordinating venues, sending meeting invites, arranging catering, note taking, and recording minutes.
Manages appointments, conferences, and events, answers calls, and documents client interactions.
Manages calendars, emails, and prepares presentations, spreadsheets, and databases.
Coordinates projects for the Agency's Leadership Team and staff.
4) Possess extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures and record keeping databases and systems.
Considerable knowledge of business communication and modern office practices, general management principles and practices, and considerable working knowledge of personal computers, hardware and software applications and other general office technology (e.
g.
, phone systems, facsimile).
5) Demonstrate considerable skill in organizing people, operational activities, taking minutes and transcribing minutes of meetings.
Extensive organizational and time management skills and use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including considerable skill in written and oral communications, and use of the internet.
Proven strategic and analytical thinking skills.
Significant skill in training adults.
The preferred knowledge, skills and abilities described above are typically acquired through the completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
An associate degree is highly preferred.
A minimum of five years of progressively complex administrative experience in a senior-level administrative role (e.
g.
, business administration, non-profit management, office management, administrative support, administrative secretary), along with five years of related work experience _OR_a suitable combination of education and experience.
Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE) highly preferred.
