Responsibilities – Automotive Technician:
Perform automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards
Diagnose and resolve the different sources of automotive problems swiftly and accurately
Work with all Service personnel and management to ensure the satisfaction of our customers
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
Document work performed on repair order
Ensure the customer’s vehicle is returned to them as clean as it was prior to being serviced
Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel as required
Qualifications/Requirements – Automotive Technician:
Previous Automotive Mechanic experience required
ASE and/or Honda Certified required
Must be able to diagnose!
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Strong communication skills
Prior automotive repair experience is preferred, but not required
ASE and manufacturer certification is desired but not required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license
