This is a growth opportunity for those with prior experience as a Caregiver or CNA in a long-term care community or equivalent.
In this trainee program, you will start in a caregiver position on the floor to become acquainted with our residents, staff, and systems.
This is also a time to show that you are competent, reliable, professional, and punctual.
If these traits are demonstrable, we will train you as a medication technician with a corresponding pay increase.
The Springs is dedicated to growing our staff and promoting from within! If you would like to one day be trained for licensure, we would support this as well.
Medication technicians are typically the ones in line for promotions to memory care coordinator or resident services coordinator, and health services administrator, for example.
We also have an annual scholarship program to give our staff and immediate family members scholarships to further their educations.
