Responsibilities:
Maintain patients' health and well-being.
Promote independence, teach self-care skills, and alert staff as needed.
Monitor patients' care plan and communicate changes to Manager.
Assist with activities of daily living.
Be able to work in environment with minimal guidance.
Medication reminders outings, walks, drives ect.
Memory care experience Fun enviroment.

Responsibilities:
- Companionship, light house duties, grociery shopping, doctors visits ect.

- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
- Provide sterile processing support as needed
- Work with patients who have special needs or behavioral health concerns
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage patient care tasks efficiently
- Experience working with Geriatrics, and behavioral health patients
