Assistant Clinical Faculty The Skaggs School of Pharmacy at the University of Montana is seeking applicants for a non-tenure track, clinical faculty appointment in the Department of Pharmacy Practice.
The Assistant Clinical Faculty member will be responsible for clinical pharmacy and teaching/precepting services as a member of the Providence Saint Patrick Hospital Adult Medicine Teaching Team (Silver Team).
This includes assisting with precepting the Family Medicine residents and medical students during the Adult Medicine Rotation with the Silver Team.
In this position you will attend rounds with the teaching team, the weekly case conference, and coordinate the SPH PGY1 pharmacy resident learning experiences during the Adult Medicine rotation.
As a faculty member your responsibilities include: didactic and experiential teaching, scholarship and service; developing and precepting APPE rotations for SSOP PharmD students; co-coordinate the APPE/IPPE/pre-pharmacy student learning experiences at Providence St Patrick.

Previous clinical experience as a licensed pharmacist in hospital pharmacy setting Preferred Qualifications: Completion of an accredited PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency Experience facilitating discussions and teaching in small group settings About University of Montana (UM) and the Department of Pharmacy Practice: The University of Montana is a flagship, R1 research institution with approximately 10,000 undergraduate and graduate students.
