Perfusionist – SURGERY GENERAL MSLA at Providence St.
Patrick Hospital, Missoula, MT Responsible for providing clinical support, treatment measurement, and supplementation of the cardiopulmonary and circulatory system of the patient during various surgical procedures.
The perfusionist is skilled and qualified through academic and clinical education, and operates extracorporeal circulation equipment during any medical situation where it is necessary to support or replace the patient's cardiopulmonary/circulatory function, and also ensures the proper management of physiologic functions by monitoring the necessary variables.

Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training: Graduation from an accredited perfusion education program; program must be accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education or the Accreditation Committee-Perfusion Education.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
National Certified Clinical Perfusionist - American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion within 1 year of hire.
Shift: Average 40 hours weekly, Day shift, Full-time position.
