The Acute Care Director functions as an integral member of the patient care team, responsible for the clinical direction of staff members, quality outcomes, and financial health of the reporting units.

Qualifications:
- 5 years or more experience as an Acute Care Clinical Leader is required.
- 2 years or more experience as a bedside RN
- Experience with a team with a variety of skill levels including new graduate RNs.
- Master’s degrees in Nursing, Business, or Leadership/Management preferred.
- Experience as a Unit Level Director is strongly preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, ONS certification within 3 months of hire
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
