Description The Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager (ACNM) is responsible for the clinical and operational management of the patient care area to promote the delivery of the highest quality of care and service.
The ACNM has authority and accountability for patient care processes, clinical skill development, clinical outcomes, and customer and employee satisfaction.

Shift Details: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Variable shift Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree - Nursing.
Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
3 years - Acute Care Nursing Experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Nursing; required within 6 months of hire.
Master's Degree Nursing.
National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
1 year - Unit leadership experience.
