*Responsibilities:* * Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
* Oversee nursing operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance nursing practice.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for nursing staff.
*Qualifications:* * Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
* Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
* Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's preferred).
* Current RN license.
* Proven experience in nursing leadership or administration.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
* Must be willing to travel to other facilities locally.
