Duties
Incumbent responsible for exercising technical expertise in a variety of complex land/realty transactions in all or several of the following areas: lands/realty case work, planning systems, compliance, environmental analysis, Field Office’s budget.

Determining land ownership and status, reviewing applications and plans of development, conducting field examinations, and establishing and maintain case files.
Preparing lands and realty information for planning documents, plan amendments, and plan maintenance.
