Part-time Receptionist

Receptionists are the first and last interaction a client has on the day of their service(s) and thus set the tone for clients.
We are looking for a motivated individual who has excellent customer service skills, both in person and on the phone, is organized, and proficient at multi-tasking.
Duties include answering multiple phone lines, making appointments for all service providers, answering questions about services offered, and helping out in other areas as needed.

-5pm, Thursday's 1:45 p.

-7 p.

, Friday's 1:45 p.
m-7:00.

m andSaturday's occasional fill in.
