Retail Store Manager

We are now open in Florence and Missoula on Brooks and S.
Higgins Street.
Elevated is a rapidly growing cannabis company looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management.
The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, provide patient support, and manage staff effectively.
Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in customer service, employee recruitment, or retail management.
Store manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers.
*Responsibilities* * Meet patient expectations by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff regularly * Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent customer service while adhering to state law and company policies * Maintain daily communication and reports to Main Office through e-mail and company applications * Complete store administration and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures * Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards * Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths every 90 days under the supervision of Operations Manager * Hire, Train, and Empower staff regularly to ensure tasks are completed within the appropriate time frame * Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) * Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance * Additional store manager duties as needed *Skills* * Proven successful experience as a retail manager * Powerful leading skills and business orientation * Customer management skills * Strong organizational skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Able to take direct feedback and learn from mistakes * Must follow strict organizational structure *Requirements* * Travel will be required up to 30% of the time * Training period of 30 days must be completed in Billings, MT * Relocation may be necessary to be considered for promotions * Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred Benefit Conditions: * Waiting period may apply * Only full-time employees eligible Work Includes * Evenings * Weekends * Holidays Paid Training: * Yes Pay frequency: * Every other week Management: * Ops Manager Typical end time: * 6PM Typical start time: * 9AM Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
