A well-established Medical Marijuana Company is actively seeking a Retail Patient Consultant.
Candidate should possess industry product knowledge, a desire to learn, and professionalism in the delivery of customer service.
Candidate must also be flexible in their availability and punctual in their attendance.
General Retail Patient Consultant Responsibilities: \*Maintain 100% compliance with all up to date local, state, and federal regulations in a highly regulated, constantly changing industry.
\*Check each customer's credentials (i.
e.
, MT Medical Use of Marijuana Registration Cards and proper identification) thoroughly and accurately before each transaction \*Provide knowledgeable, speedy, friendly service to all customers \*Perform running and end of the day side work \*Work individually and with your team to reach sales goals \*Ensure that back stock levels are full by communicating with management \*Help customers through their transaction, suggesting products and providing educated advice \*Ring up transactions accurately into point of sale system General Front Desk Associate Responsibilities: \*Must be able to multitask \*Greet all customers that enter and exit the dispensary \*Answer store phones and provide knowledgeable information \*Help new customers fill out new patient paperwork \*File and organize customer information and patient documents \*Maintain cleanliness of front desk and lobby area Requirements : A passion and knowledge for cannabis, positive attitude, and great customer service skills.
Must be able to pass a background check and authorized to work in the US.
