* *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:* * *Exemplifying The Hi-Line Company in-store experience* * *Educate, Engage & Inspire patients, customers, and dispensary staff as the face of The Hi-Line Company with knowledgeable insights about our products and promotions.
* * *Ensure The Hi-Line Company brand inside the dispensary reflects The Hi-Line Company merchandising strategy and standards.
* * *Be aware of customer flow and staff brand engagement.
* * *Have the ability to handle any situation with patience and professionalism.
* * *Demonstrate fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise on The Hi-Line Company products.
* * *Being onsite for dispensary events and activities* * *Engage and identify interest and understand consumer needs and requirements.
* * *Demonstrate and provide accurate information on promoted products and company services.
* * *Create a positive image and lead consumers to use The Hi-Line Company products* * *Complete product training and pass with 90%* * *Complete MTCCD approved Budtender training* * *Complete and Pass POS training* * *Keep up with the schedule on Blitz's, ISA’s and Budtender* * *Other duties as assigned* *NECESSARY SKILLS / PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:* * *Exceptional communication and people skills - can represent the company with professionalism and confidence.
