$500 / 1br - Room for rent (Missoula)

I'm looking for a new roommate as soon as possible.
My old roommate is moving out, and the room will be available soon.
But it's a decent size room that fits a queen easily.
I'm a chill guy.
I'm 25, I work with a beverage company, so I leave pretty early.
I play video games, and I'm 420 friendly, just not inside.
In case you didn't notice the void staring into your soul, that is Lord Benjamin Beans the Third.
He loves people, belly rubs, and playing fetch.
He also gets along with dogs.
The rent is $500 a month.
The rent is not due until January 5th.
You will have to fill out an application with plum property management to approve you.
There is an application fee, and i can help walk you through it.
You can have one animal.
