Furniture Service and Warehouse Associate (Missoula)

The Living Room Furniture Store is looking for a full-time person to join our team as a Service and Warehouse Associate.
The work schedule is: Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday - 9am to 6pm.
The responsibilities for this position are: • Working inside the on-site warehouse, the off-site warehouses and the showroom floor.
• Meeting customers at their homes for service and repair work.
• Accurately completing paperwork associated with repair and service work.
• Repairing damaged items for customers or for the showroom floor.
• Assembling furniture items for placement on floor or for deliveries.
• Preparing items for customer loadouts.
• Unloading items from trucks/vendors.
• Receiving merchandise arriving from vendors.
• Tagging and placing new merchandise in warehouses.
• Loading furniture onto trucks for delivery to customer's homes.
• Filling in for delivery drivers if needed.
• Other miscellaneous duties as requested by managers.
Requirements for this position include: • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and navigate stairs efficiently.
• Efficient at assembling furniture.
• Proper tool and box-cutting skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Must maintain a neat and professional appearance in compliance with the Company dress code.
*Note: This interview will be conducted in two separate segments.
The first segment is a verbal question and answer session.
The second segment is an interactive test/proof of skillset and ability which includes lifting a heavy sofa with another employee and putting together a small piece of furniture with tools provided.
This position will be paid $25.
00/hour.
