Have solar installation or construction experience? Great, rates are negotiated based on experience and understanding of photovoltaic systems.
Solar installation requires exposure to the elements, often rain or shine (we do not put our techs on the roof during inclement weather).
We do however continue other work out in the elements or indoors, with safety in mind.
Proper boots, sun protection, and rain protective gear are required.
This position is a full time position Monday- Friday.
This is a daytime position.
We will never ask you to work evenings or weekends.
Hours are flexible.
Hours on average are 30-40 hours a week during high season, March through November.
Yes, this is a seasonal position.
Roughly, we have 2nd week of December through mid February off, weather dictates.
We give end of season bonuses, as well as provide minimal work during off season as needed.
Though, as climate and demand changes so does our season and we will stay working if climate allows.
All employees have mid December through 1st week of January off to spend however they choose.
We will never ask you to work nights or weekends.
Depending on the job at hand you may work Monday-Thursday or Monday- Friday.
