Our Missoula, MT facility is looking to fill the role of a Tanker Service Technician.
Industry leading specialized truck shop is seeking a qualified person to perform mechanic/repair work, welding, and fabrication.
We are seeking applicants with mechanical aptitude to join our busy team in building and repairing trucks & trailers, all equipment associated with those trucks, and meters.
Knowledge of propane and/or petroleum equipment a plus, but not required.
General knowledge of air and electrical wiring is a plus, but not required.
This person must be organized, dependable, have good time management, and be detail oriented.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Dismantle, reassemble, and up-fit cargo tank trucks
* Cutting, grinding, and pipe fitting
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
* Install and repair pumps, PTOs, hose reels and meters
* Locate and repair leaks on piping and meters
* Repairing and replacing worn parts
* Promote clean working area
* Contribute to team by fulfilling projects
