Renewal by Andersen provides start to finish residential window replacement in the Missoula area.
We are the replacement division of Andersen Windows, which is the largest and oldest window manufacturer nationwide.
Our Window Installers prep and setup install sites in accordance with our company guidelines and perform window and / or door installations as well as removal procedures.
Our installers work cooperatively with their crew and our inside production team to go above and beyond customer expectations and service.
This is a year-round position!

*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

Improving baseline competencies regarding product(s), window installation processes, techniques and general window competencies.
*Outputs*
* Effectively prepares the job site for set up and tear down.
* Installs window and door products in accordance with Company standards and processes.
* Collaborates with the Lead Installer or the Field Technician throughout the installation project to maximize efficiencies, proper tear outs and installation techniques.
* Builds and sustains positive homeowner relations.
* Plans continual self-learning and development of skills.
* Assists in meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and revenue dollars per period.

*Qualifications & Skill Requirements:*
* High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
* Working knowledge of hand and power tools
* Enforce and monitor proper "Personal Protective Equipment" on job-sites
* Ability to work directly with customers and address any needs at the job-site
* Have knowledge of basic liner and casing installation including picture frame and sill / apron methods.
* Basic enclosure of openings, such as proper framing, insulation, siding and drywall patching
* Installation of new headers and framing support
* Renewal by Andersen of Montana is a drug free environment
