Minimum duties: 1- Ability to safely and productively perform asphalt rolling duties.
2- Ability to communicate with the supervisor if there are issues with laydown operations.
3- Can establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all other personnel.
4- Ability to perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work.
5- Must be willing to work out of town and long hours, sometimes exceeding 60 hours a week.
6- Ability to conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and/or maintenance issues.
Minimum Qualifications: Must have 2 years of experience in breakdown and finish rolling for asphalt laydown.
Must have a valid driver's license, CDL preferred.
