I own a house free and clear in Hanna Wyoming to trade for a home or land in Montana.
It's on more than a fifth of an acre of it's own land and in half way decent condition.
It has 2 bedrooms that both have walk in closets, 1 addition room, 1 bathroom with a washer space, a kitchen with a bar and adjacent open space that can be used as an entertainment center, and a living room.
It has a front deck porch with a view of the surrounding area with the front yard and part of the back yard fenced.
There is it's own large off street driveway.
The trade would have to include going through a Title Company.
