_Logjam Presents, the leading entertainment company in Montana, and its sister company Top Hat restaurant and catering, are seeking a __*full-time accounting assistant / bookkeeper*_ _to join our team.
This position is based in Missoula, Montana, on the second floor of the historic Wilma building.

*Location* | Missoula, Montana
*Pay* | The position is a full-time salary position with full health and dental benefits, as well as paid time off.
*Requirements | *We are seeking candidates that will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years accounting and/or bookkeeping experience.
Key skills include: highly organized, detail oriented, a good communicator, and a proven track record of trustworthiness with cash and sensitive information.
*Professional Responsibilities *| Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.
• Cash management, including daily sales reconciliation for both the entertainment box office and the restaurant, bank deposits, etc.
• Accounts payable, including preparation of vendor payments, daily sales and transaction posting, expense reconciliation, etc.
• Financial reporting, including assisting the finance manager in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, budgeting, as well as special projects as needed by the owners.
