The QuickBooks Software Consultant provides bookkeeping support to Cascadia clients via QuickBooks and will engage daily with clients, colleagues, and partners to share their expertise.
Client Services will include support, implementation, strategic consulting, and bookkeeping & payroll services.
*Your Role: *
- Perform bookkeeping and payroll duties including staff & client payrolls, bank deposits & reconciliations, verification of transactions, account balancing, etc.
- Develop monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheets.
- Track and communicate project and task status to clients and team to ensure success.
- Collaborate with consultant team to ensure the highest level of client service.
- Engage to help build new and existing client relationships.
*The ideal candidate will: *
- Have 3+ years in the business consulting industry and 5+years in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Enterprise.
- Have earned their QuickBooks Certifications - Desktop and Enterprise Solutions and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess a strong ability to communicate with clients and team to solve problems.
- Be highly focused on accuracy and taking Cascadia clients to the next level.
