*Responsibilities: *
- Recording transactions (income, outgoings and posting them to various accounts within QuickBooks)
- Create financial statements and related financial reports
- Remit payroll taxes, income taxes etc
- Manage employee payroll
- Record and pay accounts payable on time
- Account for fixed assets
- Data entry of all sorts
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
*Required Qualifications: *
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with office equipment (e.
g.
Computers, printers and phones)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful and proactive when issues a rise
- High school degree or equivalent too
