*Successful candidates must have:*
-A high school diploma or equivalent
-At least 2 years experience in childcare
-Experience with curriculum implementation
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Leadership skills and self-accountability
-Experience and skills working as a team
-Proficient w/ systems such as, Zoom, Google Drive and Calendar, email, and communication systems (or teachable).
-Interest in mindfulness and eco-literacy
_Qualities:_ nurturing, grounded, mindful, emotionally intelligent, adaptable/flexible, teachable, open-minded, compassionate, empathetic, dynamic, reliable, responsible, and professional.
_Preferred:_
-Infant/Child/Adult CPR & First Aid (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
-Current on the Early Childhood Project, Practitioner Registry level 2 or higher
