We have a bedroom available to rent.

The bedroom is downstairs (kitchen and our master living space are upstairs).
There is a very nice bathroom downstairs as well as the laundry room, a large living room, and another bedroom.
We also have a big backyard and are open to other dogs as long as they will get along with our loving golden retriever.
We are a couple in our mid 20s with a sweet golden retriever and we're looking for roommates! We just bought the house so we are still working on making it home-y, but it is a nice and spacious place! We very clean, tidy people.
Super active and love to be outdoors.
We are asking $400/month for rent, this price includes utilities and pet fees.
