The Sawyer is a newer building, very clean and modern with lots of nice amenities like outdoor space, lawn chairs and BBQs, Volleyball, Vending machines and pool tables.
The apartment is located close to downtown and right next to the bike path and river.

7 miles and the U dash bus picks you up right outside the apartment.
We are looking for a female college student or grad student.
Must be pet-friendly because there is a small black cat that lives in the apartment already.
