Im looking for a roommate, rent is $630 in total (550 for housing 80 for utilities/internet) this is done through a management facility.

The apartment is unfurnished in the living room, kitchen, and what would be your room and private toilet, so theres plenty of space to move things in.
(If you don't have much I have the means to furnish as well if needed).
There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment and also a dishwasher.
There is also extra storage outside the apartment and a reserved covered parking spot.
Theres also a nice view of the city on the balcony.
It is near a bus stop and a pretty direct route to the university.
I am 30 (there are more details to me that I will share upon your email as it needs consideration I feel like the ai doesn’t like the word terms I’ll give it one more shot though Im d/i/s/a/b/l/e/d) I keep to myself, enjoy cleaning, and have an alternative sense of style.
