I'm looking for a new roommate as soon as possible.
My old roommate is moving out, and the room will be available soon.
But it's a decent size room that fits a queen easily.
I'm a chill guy.
I'm 25, I work with a beverage company, so I leave pretty early.
I play video games, and I'm 420 friendly, just not inside.

He loves people, belly rubs, and playing fetch.
He also gets along with dogs.
The rent is 825 a month.
The rent is not due until January 5th.
You will have to fill out an application with plum property management to approve you.
There is an application fee, and i can help walk you through it.
You can have one animal.
We can split utilities or come to an arrangement.
