I'm male early 30s work at an engineering firm and have a sweet mature hound dog.
Would like to keep alcohol, random guests and bs to the very minimum.
420 is cool.
A dog or two would be considered, on the fence about cats.
Ill be raising few chickens this summer.
Also, theres lots of squirrels and stray cats that wander the neighborhood, so dogs that go crazy for small animals and jump the fence, might not be a good fit.
Seasonal or short term is cool but minimum of two months.

Deposit would be 500 or 600 with a pet.
