The family that owns the building is sweet and responsive to maintenance requests.
The neighborhood is safe, pretty and filled with trees, community gardens, restaurants, bars, cafes, and a laundromat is half a block away.
Street parking is fairly easy.
The closest train is the Classon G, and the Franklin C, and Shuttle train.
I am a 42 year old male,
I work in the arts, and I am away for work very often, Which means the apartment will feel like it's your own to spread out.
Ideal roommate is someone who is polite, friendly, quiet, doesn't bring a party home, and is busy with their own jobs or hobbies.
College students could also be ideal.
There is no smoking allowed, and no pets.
The room is for one person and not couples.
