The house itself is 1700 sq ft, so there is plenty of room.
Rent is $425 and includes electricity, internet, water, and wood heat.
The lease is month-to-month, although a 6 month lease is preferred.
There is a $300 non-refundable deposit required.

There is one well-behaved dog that lives on site, but I cannot accept any other pets due to allergies.
This is firm, so please do not arrange to meet and then expect me to like you enough to make an exception, because I won't.

I spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking, so if that's something that will bother you, it probably won't be a fit.
