Available shifts from 4pm-8pm ```Duties``` - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by management - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ```Requirements``` - Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Please note that this is not a remote position.
