Montana's largest cannabis edible brand is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Associates to join our team.
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for mixing, preparing, labeling, filling and organizing our beverage and edible products using hand and power equipment.
Your mechanical knowledge and experience in a production setting will be essential in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality goods.
Duties:
- Read and interpret standard operating procedures (SOPS), diagrams, and assembly instructions to manufacture products.
- Use equipment to fill, package, assemble, fabricate, and modify products
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Operate machinery and equipment as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with assembly processes and techniques
-The ability to operate a forklift is a plus
- A college degree is not required but is encouraged for advancement within the company; preference is given to science, engineering, business, and marketing degrees.
-A Montana Cannabis Workers Badge is preferred but not necessary, we are willing to work with you and walk you through the cannabis worker project.
