The Resort at Paws Up is seeking to add a Painter/Carpenter to our team.
The purpose of the Painter/Finish Carpenter is to elevate aesthetic details of The Resort at Paws Up and the green o 's interiors, furnishings & finishes.
The Primary Functions are:
Knowledge of different paint types, sheens and colors of resort
Wood Repairs & Refinishing of furniture and other assets
Maintain organized inventory of paints, stains, primers, sealants, etc.
Proficient in patching of sheetrock walls, ceilings, etc.
Knowledge of different surface textures and how apply via hopper gun or by hand.
Ability to perform small carpentry projects related to building framing and insulation.
Apply correct sealants and caulking to specific surface joints in a neat and accurate manner.
Looking for Team Members with:
Three years' experience preferred in the following:
Must be knowledgeable in various Paint (Type) Application
Furniture Repair including Refinishing, Proper Sanding, Stain Color Match, Varnish Tone
Experience with safe use of Airless and Compressed Air Sprayers
Valid State Driver’s License with two years driving experience
